I have only received part of my order...

Please look out for an email from us - if your order is coming from one of our multiple warehouses, we will have contacted you to confirm your order may be delivered in several parts. If you haven't received an email from us, please do contact us. 

How do I track my order? 

Once an order has been despatched you will receive an automated email with the tracking information on - if your email does not have the tracking information on it, please feel free to contact us on our live question page and we will come back to you. 

Why has my order been cancelled? 

Occasionally during busy periods demand can outweigh our stock availability and we may be unable to fulfil your order. If this is the case, we will notify you offering an alternative or process a refund as soon as possible.
