Delivery & Returns


Our delivery charge is £3.99 and your package will be sent via Hermes, UPS, DPD, Yodel or Royal Mail where possible.

Every effort is made to ensure your order is despatched as soon as possible, however some items may be shipped from our network of warehouses so may take longer to be despatched. We aim to have your order with you within 7-10 working days. Items that have a longer delivery expectancy will be noted on the product description. And of course, we are happy to answer any questions you have on this! 

Orders over £100 are sent free of charge.


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered, you can return the product to us provided we have been notified of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order. 
unfortunately on items that are made to order, are non refundable - please ensure you have thoroughly read the descriptions before you order these products.


Unfortunately, from time to time breakages do happen during transit, if your order arrives broken, please keep the packaging it came in and photograph the item so we are able to take this up with the delivery company. Delayed parcel

All of our parcels are sent with tracking information and this information will be emailed to you via the email address provided upon ordering - if you have any questions or queries as to the whereabouts of your delivery after checking the tracking information, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
